Statutory Paternity Leave

With the coming into operation of the Employment (Amendment) Ordinance 2014 on 27 February, 2015, eligible male employees with child born on or after this date are entitled to 3 days’ paid paternity leave to be taken consecutively or separately for each confinement of their spouse/partner if they fulfill other requirements as stipulated in the law.  Please click the following link for details
